Bobo and the Chest of Nightmares

Bobo and the Chest of Nightmares is a dark 3D Collectathon platformer that mixes fluid acrobatics, light combat, and secret-hunting inside a twisted carnival of dreams. Inspired by 1999 golden-era classics like Spyro the Dragon, MediEvil, and Crash Bandicoot, this solo-developed passion project brings back the tight movement and low-poly gothic charm you thought was lost forever. Players step into the shoes of Bobo, a jester originally created to entertain and spread joy. During a routine circus performance, our clumsy protagonist accidentally opens the legendary Nightmare Chest and frees the DreamMaster, an ancient entity that transforms the realms into living, ghoulish terrors.
