Haven
The Game Bakers
A futuristic young couple takes a break from life on a stunning, fractured
planet. Haven floats between cozy relationship sim to silky smooth, jet boot-powered exploration
and RPG combat, all to one of the best soundtracks in gaming history. Really!
Tunic caught my eye at E3 as that fox is adorable and my love for the game
grew as we showed it at PAX West and discovered how challenging this cute adventure game is.
Most importantly, it's a game I can enjoy with my kid. Pro tip No Fail Mode helps!
Boomerang Fu is a must-play at Games Night! Really fun couch multiplayer
that's simple to learn yet has great depth. We play this all the time as a family & when friends
visit! Supports team battles so new or less skilled players can be partnered up!
Unpacking is a relaxing game about learning and changing while growing up.
It shows how the physical objects we leave or take with us have real meaning into who we are.
The character is also queer, having relationships with both a man and a woman.
Publisher Humble Games, Developed by Moonlight Kids
The Wild at Heart is a beautiful, relaxing puzzle game. The writing, art,
and music tell a fantastical and heartfelt story. The game play is simple to learn while keeping
the puzzles engaging and challenging. One of my favorite games of the year.

I am a longtime fan of deck building games and after a few plays of Monster
Train I was hooked. The more I played, the more the world opened up. Each roguelike adventure
was unique with seemingly endless combinations.
The visual brilliance, ethereal soundtrack, relaxing narrative, and
beautifully crafted puzzles sets this game apart. Voxel agents should be in-charge of coloring
our world. Such a beautiful experience!
RPG Time is a love letter to tabletop RPG’s and childhood imagination. This
was made over the course of 8 years and the love and care that went into every detail is
evident. The hand drawn artwork, humor and constant surprises are delightful.
Dive into the memories of a musician through a series of beautiful
vignettes. These sequences beatmatch sections of tracks inspired by 70s psychedelic rock. Jam
along with a series of groovy tracks and face twists and turns along the way.
It's a 2D puzzle game somehow dropped into a big city as you play as the
guy from the "Don't Walk" signal traversing every sign in town. Good puzzle games are a treat.
Great puzzle games are rare. And this is one of the best I've played in a while.
Mystery, adventure, great characters and story fuel the narrative as you
become Alex Chen. Learn how to harness your supernatural powers of empathy, but be careful -
every decision you make impacts what happens next. My favorite game of 2021!
TABS is more than a sandbox battle simulator. I've played TABS since its
Open Alpha and I instantly fell in love with its silly physics and art style. When I need a
quick laugh, sometimes I'll launch TABS just to check out the new units in action!
This couch co-op roguelike is truly addictive. The mechanics are solid, the
gameplay is satisfying, and the visuals are juicy. Great replayability due to procedural dungeon
generation. A great option on a night where you want to game with a friend.
