Find the Needle in a Haystack

One needle is buried in a mountain of ten million strands of straw. Start with a pitchfork and a bucket. Gather by hand, sell what you collect, and build a workshop that can finish the search. Choose from 13 machine types. Place harvesters around the pile, connect conveyor routes, balance your power supply, and turn straw into bales, pellets, pulp and paper. Improve your tools and production through 11 research tracks and 50 research levels. The needle travels with the material you move. Follow its signal, inspect your production line, and recover it from a scanner or the buyer's safety tray. Complete 24 contracts and discover 8 story letters as the pile shrinks. After finding the needle, keep working toward a completely clear floor. Offline single-player with local autosave. Production pauses in menus and planning view; there are no offline earnings.
