The Type 74 was developed by Mitsubishi to replace the outdated Type 61, this special Red Star variant features unique visual modifications, used to simulate Soviet tanks during training exercises. One of the more unique MBT designs, the Type 74 Red Star comes with many advantages. One special feature is the hydropneumatic suspension, which allows you to tilt and adjust the elevation of the hull, meaning you can gain extra gun depression or ground clearance! It’s equipped with a 105 mm L7A3 cannon with a versatile selection of rounds, HESH, HEAT-FS and an APDS shell with high penetration, supported by a laser rangefinder. A highly versatile MBT, the Type 74 Red Star features good mobility, firepower and many technological advantages. All premium vehicles allow you to earn increased Research Points and Silver Lions for each battle and comes furnished with all available modifications. With a Premium account (also purchasable in the game for Golden Eagles) you will earn more Research Points and Silver Lions during each battle for a set amount of days.
