Pongball

Pongball is the classic game of paddles and a bouncing ball, rebuilt in chunky pixel art with adaptive chiptune music and plenty of ways to play. PLAY is the main mode, where every hit counts thanks to SPIN & SMASH. Move your paddle as the ball hits it to curve your shot, and time a smash for a faster, flatter return. Power-up capsules appear on the court: grow your paddle, shrink your rival's, slow down or speed up the ball, add extra balls or raise a shield. Choose your challenge in MODES: - CLASSIC: the pure original, with no extras. - 3 BALLS: three balls at once; whoever scores two takes the point. - SUDDEN DEATH: first to 3, with a faster ball and shrinking paddles. - CRAZY BALL: the ball curves and wobbles on its own. - QUAD: up to four players on one screen, one paddle on each side of a square arena. Every side has lives, and CPU players fill the empty seats. - ARENAS: 24 hand-built levels with blocks, bumpers, moving obstacles and portals, plus a boss every six arenas. - TOURNAMENT: eight players, three rounds and rivals with a style of their own. - PRACTICE and RALLY: hit against a wall, with no limit or with three lives. The CPU plays like a person: it reacts with a delay, makes mistakes and adapts to the score. Pick Easy, Normal or Hard, and even out a match with different paddle sizes. Earn 42 achievements, check your stats and records, and unlock 6 color themes. A built-in help section explains every mode and control. 11 original chiptune tracks react to the match: the music gets faster and tenser as the ball speeds up, as the score closes in and when a player is one point from winning. Play with keyboard, gamepad or touch screen. Available in English and Spanish. It works fully offline, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no data collection.
