BUILD A NEW ECHELON Sam is forming a new Echelon unit: his team, his rules. Anna “Grim” Grímsdóttir returns as technical operations manager, CIA operative Isaac Briggs brings firepower, and hacker Charlie Cole rounds out the crew.
