Checkmate is a new chess game for Xbox One. This game is design for beginner to intermediate players, who wants to learn to improve chess skills. Either you are looking to improve your game, or you want to teach your kids to play, or wish to progress your skill to the next level, this is the perfect Chess game for you. Out-of-box support : - Human player vs A.I player. To sharpen your skills against computer opponent. (AI Opponents last move highlight in red). - Human player vs Human Player. For you to play against human opponent. - 3 Levels of A.I player. (AI calculation time varies from 10-30seconds, subject to the complexity of the gameplay and CPU processing power). - Move and checkmate sound effects. - Xbox One rumble feedback. - Switch white and black piece - Xbox One Leaderboard and friends presence Controllers ======= Use Xbox controller. - Left Joystick and A Button to select or move chess piece. - Release A Button to place chess piece. Desktop PC, use mouse to drag & drop. NOTE : Xbox controller rumble/vibration tacit feedback can be configured (on/off) in settings and persistent. Default value is off. ( Other settings are non-persistent).
