Xbox Game Pass (Starter Edition) Subscription Terms:

Use your active Xbox Game Pass (Starter Edition) subscription to play select games on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles, and compatible Windows 10/11 PCs (see limitations below for S mode and ARM devices), and stream up to ten (10) hours each month of select games (where available) to your supported devices. Xbox Game Pass (Started Edition) is available only to new and eligible returning Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Access to Xbox Game Pass (Starter Edition) is provided as a benefit of an active subscription to an additional primary service. If your primary subscription is cancelled, terminated, expires, or is otherwise suspended for any reason, access to Xbox Game Pass (Starter Edition) will automatically terminate or be suspended on the same date, without notice. Reinstatement of the primary subscription does not guarantee restoration of access to Xbox Game Pass (Starter Edition) and reactivation may be required. Non-Xbox Game Pass streaming benefits may not be available to Xbox Game Pass (Started Edition) subscribers. Availability and performance may vary by device. Some game titles are only playable on some platforms. For Xbox 360 users: Game catalog not available; games sold separately. Xbox Cloud Gaming Terms:

Requires an Xbox Game Pass subscription that includes cloud gaming and supported controller (Game Pass subscriptions and controller sold separately). Select regions (xbox.com/regions) and devices (xbox.com/cloud-devices). Streaming limits apply. Server availability, wait times, streaming quality, session limits, access, and cloud gaming catalog will vary over time, and by Game Pass plan.

Requires high-speed internet connection (ISP fees apply). Best performance will be achieved at rates of 10 Mbps on mobile devices, 20 Mbps on consoles, PCs and tablets and 5Ghz WiFi or mobile data connection. Streaming performance is affected by internet connection, user location, device, and other factors. Your gameplay on other devices may be limited. Streamed games may have limited functionality, for example:

  • Limited video resolution;
  • Limited audio outputs;
  • Limited game save storage (cloud saves only);
  • Limited companion app support; and/or
  • Limited accessory and peripheral support.
