The aircraft is distinguished by its high survivability, excellent takeoff and landing performance, and ability to operate from unprepared airstrips. Its twin turboprop powerplant provides reliable low-speed handling and stable performance during combat missions at low altitudes. The IA.58A’s armament consists of built-in 20 mm cannons and 7.62 mm machine guns with a substantial ammunition load (540 rounds for the cannons and 3,600 rounds for the machine guns), supplemented by a wide selection of suspended ordnance. For strikes against ground and naval targets, it can carry the new to the game BRP 250, BRP 500, BK-BR 125, BK-BR 130, BK-BR 250, and BK-BR 500 high-explosive and assault bombs, as well as INC-220 incendiary tanks and heavy 750 lb M1115 high-explosive bombs. Additional weapon options include FFAR rocket pods, Argentine Pampero and Aspid unguided rockets. For striking ships, the aircraft can be equipped with the Mk.13/44 aerial torpedo. It can also use JATO (Jet-Assisted Take-Off) boosters, improving takeoff performance. All premium vehicles allow you to earn increased Research Points and Silver Lions for each battle and comes furnished with all available modifications. With a Premium account (also purchasable in the game for Golden Eagles) you will earn more Research Points and Silver Lions during each battle for a set amount of days.
