
1. Complete upgrade purchase:
Purchase Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S with Xbox All Access at the same retailer where you made your original Xbox All Access purchase, ensuring you indicate that you are an existing Xbox All Access customer. You will apply for a new 24 month credit agreement with Klarna. Credit is subject to status, terms and conditions apply.
2. Continue to make your Monthly Required Payments, when you become eligible you will receive an email confirming you are now ready to upgrade:
- Continue to make monthly payments until the minimum number of payments on your original Xbox All Access purchase have been made.
- Once you receive an email confirming you are now eligible to upgrade and you have completed the minimum required payments, your monthly payments for the original Xbox All Access purchase will be placed on hold and you will be sent a special upgrade kit.
3. Trade in your original Xbox All Access console bundle:
- Use the special upgrade kit to post back your original Xbox All Access purchase including: (a) the Xbox One console, (b) controller and (c) power cord. The special upgrade kit will not be accepted at Xbox All Access retailers, it must be mailed back.
- All 3 items (Xbox One console, controller and power cord) must be in good condition and returned within 14 days of receiving your trade-in kit or you will be charged for the remaining balance and your console will be returned.
- Once you post back your special upgrade kit and your upgrade is confirmed, please be aware that if you choose to send back your console your Klarna account may be settled by multiple refunds. Therefore, we ask that you allow 30 days for your account to be fully adjusted, you will no longer owe the remaining balance on the original Xbox All Access purchase.
- You will receive an email to confirm your upgrade is completed.

You will be able to purchase Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S with Xbox All Access at any time, including during the pre-order window, from the same retail partner where you joined the program (subject to availability).
In order to receive a special upgrade kit to complete your upgrade process and return your original console, you must first meet the minimum payment requirement for your original Xbox All Access purchase. To satisfy this requirement, you need to make the equivalent of 18 full payments, unless you purchased an Xbox One X with Xbox All Access before December 31, 2019, in which case you need to make the equivalent of 12 full payments.
Upgrading to Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S is subject to release and availability at the time you upgrade. You must apply to enter into a new 24 month credit agreement with Klarna. Contract terms may be different and monthly payments for your new console may be higher. Applicable price for the console will be disclosed when the upgrade window is available. At this point, your monthly payments for the original Xbox All Access purchase will be automatically placed on hold (up to 30 days) and you will be automatically mailed a Special Upgrade kit (Microsoft upgrade partner). If you choose to upgrade and do not return your special upgrade kit, your Klarna account will pause for 30 days and then return to an active status. You will be responsible for paying off the remaining balance of your original Xbox All Access console which will include the delayed monthly payment which will be collected at the same time as your next normal monthly repayment. You have 14 days to return the trade-in box once received. You will need to return all products from your original Xbox All Access purchase, including the Xbox One console, controller, and power cord at time of upgrade. Products need to be in good condition. If you delay returning your Xbox One console, controller, and power cord beyond a period of 14 days, or if any of these items are not in good condition, your console will be returned to you and your original Klarna account will be returned to active status. Only the console from your original Xbox All Access purchase will be accepted to validate your upgrade. If you return the incorrect console in your special upgrade kit, it will be mailed back to you. Upon this return, if you would still like to complete your upgrade, you can use the special upgrade kit to return the correct Xbox One console. If you choose not to return the console from your original Xbox All Access purchase, you will be responsible for the remaining balance of your original Xbox All Access console. There is no upgrade fee for customers upgrading from an Xbox One S or Xbox One X to the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S. Yes. You will be required to apply for a new credit agreement with our chosen finance provider, Klarna Bank AB, where a full credit search will be conducted. To apply, you must be a permanent UK resident, and be at least 18 years of age. Credit is subject to status, terms and conditions apply. When you apply for Financing with Klarna, Klarna will make a full credit search with credit reference agencies who will supply credit information. The agencies will record details of the search, which can be seen on your credit file, whether or not credit is granted. This record will also be visible to third parties and may affect other organizations’ future decisions on whether or not to provide you with credit. For any questions relating to the credit check process, contact Klarna’s customer support team. Missed and late payments will be reported to credit bureaus and could impact your credit score.

Automatically your payments will be paused for 30 days and Exertis (Microsoft Upgrade Partner) will send you out your upgrade kit.
