War Thunder - Somua SM Pack

This pack includes: Somua SM (Rank 5 France); 1000 Golden Eagles; Premium account for 7 days. The Somua SM heavy tank prototype was developed by the French SOMUA company in 1946 in parallel with the M4 tank by the company AMX as an alternative. The main difference with the Somua SM was that it was originally designed as a heavy tank (Char lourd) and was supposed to have a mass of around 60 tonnes. Also, the tank had a different chassis, which didn't copy German construction with a staggered arrangement of large-diameter road wheels, but instead included small-diameter ones, similar to the Soviet IS-2. The development was discontinued in 1953, and the tank wasn't accepted into service in favor of the AMX-50. The prototype is equipped with a 1000 hp engine which allows the tank to reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h. The armament on the Somua SM consists of a 100 mm Arsenal de Tarbes SA47 rifled main gun in an oscillating turret. All premium vehicles allow you to earn increased Research Points and Silver Lions for each battle and comes furnished with all available modifications. With a Premium account (also purchasable in the game for Golden Eagles) you will earn more Research Points and Silver Lions during each battle for a set amount of days. This is cumulative with bonuses from premium vehicles!
