「俠盜獵車手：Episodes from Liberty City™」是全新的系列內容，其中包含「The Ballad of Gay Tony」以及「The Lost and The Damned」兩款完整遊戲，現在合併在一起發行。

  • The Ballad of Gay Tony：內容是描述在槍枝充斥、紙醉金迷的自由城裡，一位身為知名夜店經理 Tony Prince (又名「Gay Tony」) 助手的小混混 Luis Lopez 的故事。玩家必須要在家庭與朋友間選邊站，同時還要在爾虞我詐的世界裡，衡量哪種決定才是對自己有利的。
  • The Lost and Damned：本作的 Johnny 在無惡不做的「失落」幫飛車黨裡是位元老級的成員，他為這個幫派在自由城闢了不少財源，但他必須謹守對於這個幫派以及幫派首腦 Billy Grey 的忠誠。就在 Billy 從酒色之中振作起來的同時，他才發現各幫派都想掌控這座墮落的城市，而自己正身處於幫派間的明爭暗鬥之中。究竟手足情誼能否在這樣險惡的情境下維持下去呢？
