Rock Band July Song Track Releases

Harmonix and MTV Games have announced the release schedule of individual song tracks and song packs for the game Rock Band™ for the month of July 2008. Songs are available by using Microsoft Points per track and entire packs of songs are available at a discount, unless noted otherwise.

Tracks marked with an asterisk (*) are cover songs as made famous by the listed artist. Tracks without an asterisk are original master recordings.

Week of July 29, 2008

  • Individual tracks released (each track is 160 MS Points, except for The New No 2 track which is 80 points):

    o   "They Say" by Scars on Broadway

    o   "This is It" by Staind

    o   "Electric Crown" by Testament

    o   "Yomp" by The New No 2

Week of July 22, 2008

  • Individual tracks released (each track is 160 MS Points; three-song Nine Inch Nails pack is 440 MS Points):

    o   "Burn" by Nine Inch Nails

    o   "Capital G" by Nine Inch Nails

    o   "Last" by Nine Inch Nails

    o   "Devour" by Shinedown

    o   "Junkies for Fame" by Shinedown (never released single exclusive to Rock Band)
