1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on January 03, 2010, and ends at 11:30 p.m. PT on February 14, 2010 ("Promotion Period"). Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

2) HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter, online via the Xbox LIVE service or via US Mail.

To enter online via the Xbox LIVE service, you must have access to an Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system, a hard drive, broadband internet connection, and be an Xbox LIVE Gold subscriber in good standing.

Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, simply log into the Xbox LIVE service from your Xbox 360 console and access a 1 vs. 100 Extended Play or 1 vs. 100 Live Show*. You will automatically earn one (1) entry each time you access a 1 vs. 100 Extended Play or 1 vs. 100 Live Show and answer an in-game trivia question. You need not answer trivia question correctly to earn an entry.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to gaming laws, which vary from State to State and Province to Province, 1 vs. 100 Live Shows that offer skill-based prizing are open only to legal residents of the 50 US or DC (excluding Connecticut, Iowa Maryland, and Vermont) and Canada (excluding Quebec). Residents of the excluded States or Province can earn Sweepstakes entries online by participating in 1 vs 100 Extended Play Shows on Xbox LIVE, or offline via mail by sending in 3x5 postcards to the Sweepstakes Administrator, as more fully described below.

Please be sure that your Xbox LIVE gamer tag profile information including e-mail address, mailing address and phone is correct and current. We will contact potential winners using the contact information tied to the Xbox LIVE Gamertags used to answer trivia questions in 1 vs. 100 Extended Play and 1 vs. 100 Live Shows. You can update your account information as described below.

1. From the Xbox Dashboard, select "My Xbox" Channel.
2. Select your Gamercard.
3. Select "Manage Account".
4. Select "Contact Information".
5. Enter your account e-mail and password, and then select "Sign In".
6. E-mail address is located on the Contact Information screen.

Via Xbox.com:

1. Go to http://live.xbox.com/en-US/default.aspx.
2. Sign in to Xbox using your Windows Live ID account e-mail and password.
3. Select "Manage Profile" on your "My Xbox" Home Page.
4. Select "Billing and Contact Information".
5. Update your Profile Information and then select "Save".

To enter by U.S. Mail without answering 1 vs. 100 trivia questions via Xbox Live, simply hand-print your first and last name, mailing address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, phone number and e-mail address (if any) on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail it to:

Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope, however each eligible Mail-In entry will be considered fifty (50) entries. To be entered into the drawing, your mail-in entry(ies) must be postmarked by February 17, 2010, and actually received by February 24, 2010. Residents of Canada: please be sure to include proper postage for delivery to the United States.

Entry Limit: Five hundred (500) entries, regardless of entry method. Entries from the same individual or e-mail or household address received in excess of the limits stated herein will be automatically disqualified.

The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, postage due or illegible entries or any computer, online telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Microsoft's property and will not be returned.

3) WINNER SELECTION: A random drawings to award prizes will be conducted on or about February 26, 2010 from among all eligible entries that have been properly registered online or received via Mail. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning any prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

4) PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A Samsung 46” LED HDTV and surround sound/receiver bundle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $3000. One (1) First Prize: A Microsoft 120GB Zune portable music device + 1,600 Microsoft Points. ARV: $269. Six (6) Second Prizes: A Microsoft Zune 120GB portable music device. ARV: $249. Fifteen (15) Third Prizes: A Microsoft Xbox Live Arcade Game of Sponsor’s choosing. ARV of Third Prize: $15 each. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $4,998. All prize values are stated in U.S. Dollars. Any applicable taxes on a prize or expenses not listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if entire prize or a portion of an advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. No barter, transfer, or assignment of any prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winner agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

5) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and Canada (except the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and household members of Microsoft Corporation, its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, retailer, retailer personnel, agents, and/or their advertising, promotional and/or fulfillment agencies (collectively, the "Related Entities") are not eligible to enter.

6) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Each potential winner will be notified via U.S. Mail and/or e-mail within two (2) weeks of the prize drawing. If you are selected as a potential winner and you are a Canadian resident, you will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone*. If you answer the skill-testing question incorrectly, as determined by us in our sole discretion, you will be disqualified and, at our discretion, an alternate winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential winner (or parent/legal guardian of potential winner if potential winner is otherwise eligible, but has not yet reached the age of majority in his/her State/Province of legal residence) may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where legal, a Publicity Release, and a IRS W-9 or IRS W8-BEN tax form within fourteen (14) days following the date of issuance of notification. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
