General Tips
When playing Tiger Woods PGA TOURĀ® 07 on Easy, the aiming circle is replaced by the more conventional aiming marker, which may be easier for beginners. However, learning to work effectively with the aiming circle is well worth the effort. It will make the game more challenging, but also more enjoyable.

If you have to hit out of a steep bunker or hit uphill, add loft to your shot. Always add power boosts to any hazard shot as well so that you hit the ball as firmly as possible. Don't add maximum loft to a shot when you're in the rough, the shot can veer off wildly.

When playing a tournament, you can simulate the first two days, but you may miss the cut if you do. Additionally, you stand a better chance of winning the tournament by playing all four days, building up your score manually.

Spin Tips
If you plan to use spin control on your shot, don't fast-forward it. Only fast-forward after the ball lands and the spin control icon disappears.

When it comes to reducing spin, be careful that you don't take too much off the ball on short (less than 10 feet) putts. Unless you're putting downhill, it is better to hit the ball with just a little extra power to make sure the ball travels firmly in the direction you want. A low power putt can break erratically at times as it slows.

Spin is a powerful tool for adjusting shots. Use left or right spin on a drive to steer clear of hazards. If you see your shot drifting towards the left side of the fairway, add a right spin to make it bounce back towards the center.
