Live Arcade: Robotron 2084

Robotron 2084 is a great old arcade game with universal appeal. It's fast paced, easy to pick up, and a good time for children and adults alike. You can play single or two player, and play either co-op or compete with a friend. In co-op, two players share the controls. One handles movement while the other shoots. This makes it particularly appealing to new or younger gamers, as they can focus on one thing at a time.

Can you save the world?

In Robotron 2084, you control a small hero in the midst of an alien invasion. You have to fight off the alien hordes, who come from every direction, before they get to you. If an alien makes contact with you, you die and you have to start the level over. Kill all the enemy units to advance to the next level, where you will start to face different and more challenging enemies. Different types of enemy units behave in unique ways. Some won't die no matter what you do to them, so you'll just have to stay out of their way.
