A Dance with the Devil

Someone is after Agent 47 and the Agency he works for, and he'll be damned if he's going to be hunted himself. Word on the street is that the answer to his troubles lies somewhere between Heaven and Hell themed parties.

Glad He's Gullible
Head immediately through glass doors and talk to the security guard behind the desk. When he goes to retrieve your briefcase, follow him till he enters the room farthest back, sedate him, and take his uniform.

Costume Time
Next, go through the doorway to the right of his desk and down the stairs. There's a costumed man vomiting behind the party truck to the north of the parking garage. Take him out, take his costume and dump him in the dumpster just behind where he was getting sick. Monitor the guard's movements closely here to make sure you're not caught.

Ready Yourself
Get rid of your guns in a safe place before walking up to the guards in front of the elevator. Take the elevator on the left. They search you, and once satisfied, you can head down to the basement to the "Hell Party." Find the bartender and talk to him.

Grudge Match
Turns out the purveyor of liquid sin is a fellow hitman, and doesn't dig the rumor that you're the best. It's time to settle things once and for all. Follow him to the Torture Chamber to duel. Once inside, grab the Desert Eagle and submachine gun from the table near the couch. The key here is to wait behind cover till your opponent needs to reload, sneak off a few shots, and repeat the process.

The CIA is the Devil
The man in the devil suit is a CIA agent and should be your next target. He travels between both parties, and as such, takes the elevator up and down. After terminating the wannabe hitman, head back to the elevator you rode down and climb up through the hatch. It may take a little while, but stay patient, the target will show up. When he does, wait for the elevator to start to move and then strangle him from above. Grab his suit and return to the "Hell Party."

Playing with Fire
With the devil suit on, make your way backstage without being stopped, and once there, rig the pyrotechnics show to burn down your next target.

To the Heavens
Now it's time to find out who's after you, courtesy of a laptop located in a private room near the "Heaven Party." Head back to the elevator and take it back up to the parking garage. Then, track down the rifle case holding your sniper rifle and enter the elevator on the right. You won't be searched now that you're wearing the devil suit.

Information Dump
Once at the top floor, head directly to the northern most Interest Point. Here you find the laptop (don't enter if the target is there). Peruse the laptop, which identifies the singer as the new target and the primary threat to you and the Agency.

Angelic Death
You don't want to mess around with Eve, the new target. If she gets you alone, there's no stopping her killing you. Instead, climb the ladder (find it on your map) to get above the stage, where you can use the sniper rifle to eliminate her.

On your Merry Way
The only thing left of major consequence is the security videotape. Find the security station near where you began the level, and provided you don't act hastily, you should be able to sneak and steal the tape with no one looking. Now, grab your suit and any dropped guns and bolt.
