Things get really scary in 3, 2, 1 … Carefully aimed shots can force an enemy out from behind cover, leaving them vulnerable. You can also use good aim to take out proximity mines when you spot them. Your ideal weapon inventory should be a combat shotgun, an assault rifle, and any of the big guns, which will give you a good close-range gun, a mid-range weapon, and a big gun for any tough opponents you may encounter. While SlowMo is active, you move slower too, not just everything around you, so your reloads take much longer. Make sure your weapons are all reloaded before you activate the SlowMo mode, or you'll waste your slow motion time reloading. When you're in the field, conventional routes will often be blocked. Look for ventilation ducts for an alternative route. They are often blocked by grates, so look for these as you move through the level. Smash the grate and move through the duct. Even if you don't find another route, you will often find stashes of equipment. You can often find stashes behind padlocked gates as well, simply smash the lock and see what's behind it.
Reload before you enter SlowMo mode. Items You can often grab items from other rooms if they are near a window. Even if it seems out of reach, put your crosshairs on it, and you may be prompted to pick it up. The window does need to be open or broken for you to reach through it, of course.
