Your agility skills come in handy right about now.

Boss Battles
Every boss compound has multiple infiltration points. If you're having a hard time getting to the boss via one infiltration point, don't be afraid to approach via a second route if you die. Many of the enemies you've eliminated in your first attempt will still be gone, so things will be easier on the second approach.

When you take out Boris Mikhailov, use the ramps along the crates in the shipping yard to launch yourself onto his ship. You will need a strong Driving ability to control the car easily in the air, but it beats getting pumped full of lead as you climb the crates unprotected.

After defeating Gryzunova, don't rush off in a hurry. Run to the front of her compound and find the large globe sculpture. Blast it off at the base, then pick it up and kill as many Volk as you can. You will be presently surprised by the outcome.

Explosives
Limpet charges can be your most strategic weapon. You can set as many charges as you want before detonating them. Set them strategically and detonate them in a timely manner to take out the majority of enemies in an area. Do it properly, and you can clear an area without ever firing a shot.

Pacific City: Your personal playground.

Rodrigo Alvarez has the only grenade launcher in all of La Mugre, the community occupied by Los Muertos. After taking him out, grab his grenade launcher! Otherwise you'll have to wait until you deal with the Volk before you find another one. Don't forget to take it back to a Supply Point so that you can access it later.

Once you are fully stocked with weapons, you can dominate the Time Trial mode. Use the Firefly heat-seeking rocket launcher and cluster grenades for the ultimate high-speed, high-damage combo.

Abilities and Achievements
Keep in mind that there are other ways to increase your Driving ability other than running over your enemies. Pick up the Agency SUV back at HQ and take it to the beach behind the amusement park on La Mugre. Use the lifeguard tower ramps to launch yourself into the air and do tricks to increase your Driving ability.

While driving around, keep an eye open for stunt rings. There will often be a Ramp Truck nearby. Once you locate it, move it in front of the stunt marker. Be sure to leave room to gather enough speed to reach the stunt marker.

Better driving skills, upgraded car.

Certain Achievements can only be performed in specific areas of Pacific City. The Chain Banger Achievement, for example, requires that you blow up nearly every barrel by La Mugre's south beach area. Don't forget that it's called "Chain" Banger for a reason. Randomly blowing up barrels won't get the job done. Think domino effect, and you're on the right track.

The Keep's tallest Agency building is the highest point in the city. You must reach the top of this tower to accomplish the High Flyer Achievement. Jump off the building into the pool at the base for another Achievement, as well.
