What is the Gamer Spotlight?

The Gamer Spotlight is a weekly feature here on Xbox.com and on Inside Xbox on Xbox LIVE. We’ve been interviewing gamers just like you since January 2003. Each week, we interview someone from the Xbox LIVE Community. We’ve interviewed contest winners, podcasters, grandmas, soldiers, teachers, lawyers, students, rappers, artists, moms, dads and teenagers. What they all have in common is they play games on Xbox LIVE! Meet new people every week in the Gamer Spotlight!

How can I be in the Gamer Spotlight?

Send us a nomination email (nominating yourself or someone else) at xlmail@microsoft.com. Subject: Gamer Spotlight. You don’t need to have a certain gamerscore and you don’t have to live in the United States. You DO need to be at least 13 years old. We get thousands of nominations every week, so make your email stand out: tell us about the cool or interesting things you do when you’re not gaming. Do you have a crazy job or unusual hobby? Let us know! We’ll get in touch with you if we think you would make a good interview subject. Good luck!
