Trixie360 Interviews Titus Android
Published May 13, 2009
He's a PR dude in Manhattan, a video game and comics freak, and he's the favorite "Birthday Buddy" of trixie360. Say hey to the mighty Titus Android!
trixie360: What's the story behind your Gamertag?
Titus Android: I actually wanted to be Titus Andronicus from Shakespeare's first play, but it was taken. So I combined that and the love for I, Robot/Blade Runner to get here.

Titus Android.
trixie360: Where do you live?
Titus Android: I work in New York and live in West New York, NJ with my puppy, Krypto.
trixie360: What do you do for a living?
Titus Android: I work in Public Relations for Bender/Helper Impact. LUCKILY I get to work with video games for a living. What could be a better medium?
trixie360: What's the worst or weirdest job you've ever had?
Titus Android: Weirdest and most fun was the bull operator at Saddle Ranch Bar on Sunset Blvd. I actually got REALLY REALLY good at operating a mechanical bull … something I never thought would be on my resume.
trixie360: I have very bad memories of that bull. How long have you been on Xbox LIVE®?
Titus Android: About 2 years or so.
trixie360: Do you have an archenemy on Xbox LIVE?
Titus Android: More of an archenemy for my whole group of friends—ICEkilla —the bane of the Halo® 3 beta.
trixie360: What's your Xbox setup like?
Titus Android: Big screen with Dolby 5.1. Nothing beats the surround in gaming.

ICEkilla was the bane of Titus and his friends.
trixie360: What's the best feature of Xbox LIVE?
Titus Android: Being able to compete with my actual friends online, not getting my butt handed to me by a multitude of gamers much younger, and better, than me.
trixie360: What is your favorite multiplayer Xbox game?
Titus Android: Halo 3 is just such an all time great. If I have a bad day, I usually end up coming home and going online.
trixie360: What is your favorite single player Xbox game?
Titus Android: Again, Halo is so amazing but BioShock comes in at a VERY close second. That game is life changing.
trixie360: What do you think is the best game of all time?
Titus Android: Best game of all time is a tie—Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat 2. I used to go to the arcade as a kid and spend an entire allowance and a whole day playing, learning the moves and staying on for tons of battles.
trixie360: What do you think is the best film of all time?
Titus Android: Star Wars IV: A New Hope. Changed how everyone thought about movies. But I am a movie nerd so I also have to throw Clerks out there too.

Ken from the Street Fighter series is one of his favorite characters.
trixie360: Rock Band or Guitar Hero?
Titus Android: Guitar Hero is far superior in challenge and skill. Rock Band is fun in groups, especially at MTV on Fridays!
trixie360: What's the funniest thing you've ever heard on Xbox LIVE?
Titus Android: My friend getting REPEATEDLY killed (might I also add easily killed as well) by our archenemy ICEkilla.
trixie360: What is your greatest Xbox LIVE moment?
Titus Android: Any time I win a Halo 3 match … all the wins feel just as good.
trixie360: What's your favorite TV show?
Titus Android: Futurama and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
trixie360: Who is your inner rock star?
Titus Android: It would look just like me but be as awesome as Dave Grohl.
trixie360: If they made a movie about your life, who should play you?
Titus Android: I would like to say Brad Pitt or someone who is remarkably attractive. Eric Bana has the depth to play me.
trixie360: What's your karaoke song?
Titus Android: "Total Eclipse of the Heart," and I bring the house down.
trixie360: I don't doubt it! What superpower would you like to have?
Titus Android: Teleportation that does not require seeing where you are going like NightCrawler. Just think of it and you are there.

Titus and noted comic book artist Jim Lee.
trixie360: If you could trade places with anyone for one day, who would it be?
Titus Android: Brad Friggin Pitt …
trixie360: What celebrity would be the worst roommate?
Titus Android: Billy Bob Thornton.
trixie360: I'm seeing a pattern here. How many people are on your Friends List?
Titus Android: Not that many, but they are all the important people in my gaming life. Probably about 20.
trixie360: Hot celeb you'd like to be stranded on a desert island with?
Titus Android: Megan Fox. So hot, want to touch the heiney.
trixie360: If you could be any video game character, who would it be?
Titus Android: Master Chief—such a bad-ass. Other than that, Ken from Street Fighter II.
trixie360: What's the worst food you've ever eaten?
Titus Android: Fermented soybean sushi. It is really good for your heart but it tastes HORRIBLE.
trixie360: Nasty. What's the first video game you ever played?
Titus Android: Pitfall on Atari. My Dad and I used to stay up late and play in my room.
trixie360: That game was AWESOME. What's the last book you read?
Titus Android: Day by Day Armageddon by J.L. Bourne. It's about the Zombie Apocalypse.

Not harvesting the little sisters in BioShock was his most difficult achievement.
trixie360: If you could go on tour with any band, which would it be?
Titus Android: Foo Fighters now, of all time The Beatles.
trixie360: I think Ringo would have got on my nerves. What do you predict will be the "next big thing" in gaming?
Titus Android: 3-D games—it will be crazy. But fun.
trixie360: What do you think is the best thing about Xbox 360?
Titus Android: The best new addition is Netflix streaming. All time best thing is achievements, as a whole. It really changed the way you thought about a game.
trixie360: What is the Xbox 360 Achievement that was hardest to get?
Titus Android: Being the Little Sister Savior in BioShock. I honestly thought about killing those Little Sisters when I needed ADAM.
trixie360: I think about harvesting my teenagers for their organs. But only when they're bad. What would you like to be doing in ten years?
Titus Android: I would still like to be working in PR for video games but as a high level executive. Making the decisions and having enough time for a family.
