The annual Electronics Entertainment Expo, or E3 as it's generally known, is one of the biggest events of the year for videogame fans. New games are announced, deals are made, and developers tout their latest creations, both behind closed doors and in events open to the public.

Last year's E3 had plenty of surprise announcements.

This year, Xbox and Kia have teamed up for one of our biggest sweepstakes ever! The Grand Prize winner will score a huge prize package that includes a sporty new Kia sedan, the ultimate home theater setup, plus a trip for two to Los Angeles to attend the Microsoft Press Briefing at E3.

We will notify the Grand Prize winner using the phone number associated with the Gamertag used to enter.Potential winners will be notified by the sweepstakes administrator and have their prizes shipped using the contact info (e-mail, phone, and address) on their Xbox LIVE profile. If your contact info is not up to date you will be disqualified from winning a prize.

Sweepstakes Entry

This sweepstakes begins at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) on April 18, 2009, and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on April 30, 2009. Register for the sweepstakes during the entry period by downloading the free Kia Download & Win Gamer Picture from Marketplace. To set up the download for your console at Marketplace on the Web:

1. Go to Xbox LIVE Event Registration
2. Select Kia Download & Win Gamer Picture and select Download to Xbox 360.
3. Select Confirm.
4. You will see a Congratulations! This item has been added to your download queue message. The next time you sign into Xbox LIVE, it will automatically download to your console.

You can also access the free Kia Download & Win Gamer Picture at Marketplace on your console or via the banner ads running on the Xbox LIVE dashboard.

Prize Information

After the close of the Entry Period, we will randomly select one Grand Prize Winner from all eleigible entries received.

One Grand Prize Package:

• A 2010 Kia Soul Sport A/T (including $2,000 to help with the taxes)
• A home theater system that includes a Flat-Panel HDTV, Bose Home Theatre System, Xbox Elite Console, 120gb Zune, plus one year of Xbox LIVE Gold and Zune Pass.
• A trip for two to Los Angeles, California, May 31, 2009 – June 3, 2009, to attend the Microsoft E3 Press Briefing.
