COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES:
These are the official rules that govern how the 2008 Xbox LIVE Arcade Awards will operate. This program will be simply referred to as the "Arcade Awards" throughout the rest of these rules.
In these rules, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Microsoft Corporation the sponsor of the Arcade Awards . "You," "yourself" refers to an eligible voter.
1. WHAT ARE THE START AND END DATES?
The Arcade Awards voting starts at 10:00 A.M. GMT (2:00 A.M. PST) on Tuesday March 3, 2009, and ends at 11:59 PM GMT (3:59 P.M. PST) on Tuesday March 10, 2009 ("Entry Period").
The Entry Period consists of eight (8) days in which you have to vote for your favorite Xbox LIVE Arcade game in nine (9) different categories. You have the ability to change your vote at any time during the Entry Period, however once the voting tool closes at 11:59 P.M. GMT (3:59 P.M. PST) on March 10, 2009, all votes will be considered final and locked.
2. HOW DO YOU VOTE ?
You can vote within the Xbox LIVE Dashboard if you have access to an Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system, and you are an Xbox LIVE subscriber in good standing. Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, you must download the Arcade Awards Voting Application from the Xbox LIVE Dashboard. After confirming download, you have the ability to select your favorite Xbox LIVE Arcade game in any or all of the nine (9) different categories. You have the ability to change your vote(s) at any time during the Entry Period, however once the tool closes at 11:59 PM GMT on March 10, 2009, all votes will be considered locked. You will not need to re-download the Voting application if you choose to change your vote within the Entry Period.

Confirmed winners will be announced and posted online at www.xbox.com/xblaawards
