Super MVPs for SuperMarch
Published March, 2008
The Xbox MVPs are composed of extraordinary contributors to the Xbox community whom Microsoft officially recognizes as cool folks. There are, however, those among them who go above and beyond, the so-called Super MVPs. What does it take to become a Super MVP? An abundance of free time, a proclivity for schmoozing and a willingness to assault the inbox of complete strangers at Xbox HQ.
Our first Super MVP is GODFREE, who is less commonly known as Danny Pena. By day, he works out of Miami on the Discovery Channel's Latin America team, spreading knowledge like Cheese Whiz® on Oreos®. His superpowers include an amazing ability to integrate gaming and hip-hop into one powerhouse of a podcast, throwing raging parties and reporting on industry events he has somehow infiltrated.

Green Lantern has his ring, Godfree has a mic.
Lurking at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina is another of our Super MVPs, Fatty Chubs. His coworkers know him as Stephen Sopp, but what they don't know is that, after his job as a web developer, he moonlights as a Super MVP. This includes the power to create and run 360voice.com, and to set up great tournaments like the 360voice challenges and their Old Spice Rewards contest.

litheon scans for trolls atop his perch.
The man behind the curtain of MajorNelson.com, litheon is known by his classmates at the University of Colorado as James Pfaff. Along with pulling all sorts of important levers to keep things going for Major's blog, he is invulnerable to flames, making him an amazing troll killer. Most incredibly, he is able to withstand whiny divas, and has even gone so far as to willingly play games with one such diva.

Deacon speaks to his minions at their union meeting
DeaconBlade 360 operates out of Dallas, Texas where the townspeople know him as the mild-mannered Daylon Furlough. Unbeknownst to them, however, is that Deaconblade 360 has long been a Super MVP where he contributes with what is known only as The Velvet Voice. Along with his dark army of the night, Deacon's Blades, he lays down the 360 LAWS for all the community.

Morgon, saving the world.
You may have found yourself wondering how any normal human could run a site like Mygamercard.net. That's because they can't, only a Super MVP can. Hailing from Maryland, his friends know him as Jason Young but we know him as Morgon. As his cover, he works at a technology consulting firm as a developer, creating what we can only assume are world-saving applications on a daily basis.
These Super MVPs worry about the great evils of this world like trolls, flame wars, and sarcasm so that we don't have to. We're grateful to them for all they've done. For Xbox, and for the world.
