Manchester Orchestra formed as a reaction to the stifling atmosphere of suburban Atlanta, Georgia, and the band has been recording since 2005. Their first album has never been released to the public, but their widely available scorcher, I'm Like A Virgin Losing A Child, received widespread critical acclaim. After releasing four EPs, their latest full-length, Mean Everything To Nothing, hit the charts with a vengeance with its hot single "I've Got Friends" that they recently performed on the Late Show with David Letterman. Sports gamers may also know of them as their single "Wolves At Night" from the first album appeared in EA SPORTS' NHL® 08.
