It can be hard out there for a newbie. Whether you're new to Xbox LIVE®, or new to gaming itself, we know it can be a little intimidating the first time you match into a game. Getting your butt kicked right off the bat isn't the best introduction to our friendly gaming community.
So we've created the Xbox Ambassadors. These are community members who have been around the block and are willing to show the new guys around, and we've got 'em in 18 countries around the world and in 30 different languages!
