This demo shows why boxing is called "The Sweet Science."  It's about sticking and moving, creating openings, breaking your opponent's defenses, and moving in for the kill as the crowd roars and the adrenaline flows. Go in guns blazing, constantly trying to land a haymaker, and you will tire out, get gassed, and take a beating when your defenses are weakened.
