XBOX LIVE PRESENTS: PENDULUM

On May 12th one of the most anticipated albums of the year “In Silico”, hits both the shelves and the digital shops too courtesy of one of the hottest new acts around – Pendulum.

To celebrate this, Xbox LIVE have the video of the brand new single, Propane Nightmares, available as a FREE download until 18^th May. Riding high in the UK singles charts this is a unique opportunity, so grab it while it’s hot!

PENDULUM

Pendulum originally hail from Perth, Australia and in 2003, they relocated to the United Kingdom. The group comprises Rob Swire, Gareth McGrillen, Perry ap Gwynedd, Ben Mount (MC Verse), Paul Harding, and Paul Kodish (live drums). The group has produced various remixes of other artists, the most well-known being their remix of "Voodoo People" by The Prodigy. Pendulum have also remixed themselves. In 2006, 'Painkiller' with the Freestylers was remixed by NOISIA and released on Against the Grain records.

"Granite" is their biggest original hit to date after receiving a huge amount of airplay from BBC Radio 1, while their remix of The Prodigy's "Voodoo People" was also a high flyer in the singles chart.

The intimate gig at Fabric not only celebrates the launch of one of the most anticipated albums of the year but comes straight after their appearance at Radio 1’s One Big Weekend where they will rocking the foundations ahead of a sell-out UK tour and a clutch of top billing slots at this year’s summer festivals - not to mention music videos and event coverage being available exclusively on Xbox LIVE.
