Guitar Hero bags Oasis album
Guitar Hero World Tour will be jamming on Xbox 360 from 7 November, so make it a date. Rocking alongside will be three monster Oasis tunes lifted from their newest album Dig Out Your Soul: “Bag it Up,” “Waiting for the Rapture” and chart topper “The Shock of the Lighting”. Available as a Track Pack or individually, the three songs are exclusive to Xbox 360 during the GHWT launch period. Nice one!
But that ain’t all: Coming 2009 is the entire Dig Out Your Soul album! You’ll be playing guitar like Noel, singing like Liam and banging like Chris on drums to every song in Guitar Hero World Tour next year. As with the three tunes presented exclusively at launch, Dig Out Your Soul can be downloaded in full or as individual tracks from Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Guitar Hero World Tour is the best possible destination for music gaming Oasis style. With the full compliment of instruments, players can enjoy an authentic band experience by cooperating on wireless guitars, drums and microphone. As many as eight musicians may compete across Xbox LIVE in the all-new Battle of the Bands mode. There’s also co-op offline in Band Career, and a Music Studio mode that lets you record your own compositions and share them via Xbox LIVE.
