1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Sweepstakes begins at 00.01 GMT on 19^th November, 2009, and ends at 11.59 GMT on 14^th February 2010, (“Promotion Period”) and consists of one 2 separate periods (an “Entry Period”) as described in the table below. Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received only and will not be eligible for subsequent Entry Periods. Winners will be selected in random drawings on the dates described in the table below.

2) HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter, online via the Xbox LIVE service or via mail

To enter online via the Xbox LIVE service , you must have access to an Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system, a hard drive, broadband internet connection, and be an Xbox LIVE Gold subscriber in good standing.

Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, simply log into the Xbox LIVE service from your Xbox 360 console and access a 1 vs 100  Season 2 Extended Play or 1 vs 100  Season 2 Live Show. You will automatically earn one (1) entry each time you access a 1 vs 100  Season 2 Extended Play or 1 vs 100  Season 2 Live Show and answer an in-game trivia question. You need not answer trivia question correctly to earn an entry.

Please be sure that your Xbox LIVE gamer tag profile information including e-mail address, mailing address and phone is correct and current. We will contact potential winners using the contact information tied to the Xbox LIVE Gamertags used to answer trivia questions in 1 vs 100  Season 2 Extended Play and 1 vs 100  Season 2 Live Shows. You can update your account information as described below.

Updating Account Information:

You can verify/update your profile information via your account profile on Xbox.com or through the Xbox Dashboard:

1.     From the Xbox Dashboard:

a.     From the Xbox Dashboard, select “My Xbox” Channel.

b.     Select your Gamercard.

c.     Select “Manage Account”.

d.     Select “Contact Information”.

e.     Enter your account e-mail and password, and then select “Sign In”.

f.      E-mail address is located on the Contact Information screen.

2.     Via Xbox.com:

a.     Go to http://live.xbox.com/en-GB/default.aspx .

b.     Sign in to Xbox using your Windows Live ID account email and password.

c.     Select “Manage Profile” on your “My Xbox” Home Page.

d.     Select “Billing and Contact Information”.

e.     Update your Profile Information and then select “Save”.

To enter by mail without answering 1 vs 100  Season 2 trivia questions via Xbox Live , simply hand-print your first and last name, age, mailing address, city, county, post code, phone number and e-mail address (if any) on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail it to:

Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope, however each eligible Mail-In entry will be considered fifty (50) entries for the sweepstake Entry Period for which it was received. To be entered into the drawing, your mail-in entry(ies) must be postmarked and received according to the dates in the Entry Chart in Section 1 above.

Entry Limit: Five hundred (500) entries per Season regardless of entry method (therefore this means 10 envelope entries per sweepstake season)  OR five hundred (500) answers supplied to in-game trivia questions (or any combination of online/mail in entries totalling no more than 500) per  Season. Entries from the same individual or e-mail or household address received in excess of the limits stated herein will be automatically disqualified.

The use of automated devices to enter these Sweepstakes is prohibited. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, postage due or illegible entries or any computer, online telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Microsoft's property and will not be returned.

3) WINNER SELECTION: Random drawings to award prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries that have been properly registered online or received via mail for each drawing according to the Entry Drawing Chart in Section 1 above. Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period for which they are received only and will not be eligible for any subsequent drawings.

All random drawings will be conducted within 10 days of the relevant end date under the supervision of an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning any prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during each respective Entry Period.

4) PRIZES: Twenty-five (25) Prizes awarded per sweepstake Entry Period: with an approximate retail value of £5000. Prizes detailed in the table below.

Entry Period 1 – 5 physical prizes (below) and 20 digital prizes, to be made up of Xbox Arcade titles, titles at the discretion of Microsoft.

Entry Period 2 – 5 physical prizes (below) and 20 digital prizes, to be made up of Xbox Arcade titles, titles at the discretion of Microsoft.

Actual prizes awarded will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any applicable taxes on a prize or expenses not listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and Microsoft will not be liable to account for any such tax. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if entire prize or a portion of an advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. No barter, transfer, or assignment of any prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winner agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

5) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and household members of Microsoft Corporation, its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, retailer, retailer personnel, agents, and/or their advertising, promotional and/or fulfilment agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”) are not eligible to enter.

6) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of England and Wales govern these Sweepstakes. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Each potential winner will be notified via mail and/or e-mail within two (4 ) weeks of each prize drawing. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Microsoft Corporation to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing the winner’s first initial, last name, and hometown in any requested winners list. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Microsoft Corporation and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won.
