The Xbox 360 Lounge – October 27th to November 2nd
We’ve got the sofas, the games and the music. All you need to do is bring your mates and there you have it... a lounge away from your own lounge!
That’s right, we’re setting up our very own living room at The Vinyl Factory, underneath Phonica Records on Poland Street in London’s Soho. As part of the London Games Festival, we’ll be settling down for some gaming fun from Saturday 27th October for a whole week, so lovers of gaming and hi-def goodness will be able to sample the best of our three hundred titles available this Christmas.
Make sure you bring some mates, your girlfriend (or boyfriend) or even your family, cos’ there’s something for everyone’s taste round at our house! Whether it’s testing your movie knowledge on Scene it!, rocking out on Guitar Hero III and Dancing Stage Universe, knuckling down to some blockbuster shooter action on Halo 3 and Call of Duty, or just burning rubber on Project Gotham Racing 4, there’ll be something at the Xbox 360 Lounge to suite your taste.
There’s also comps and tournaments catering for the more committed gamer tastes! There’ll be multiplayer Halo 3 tournaments to get involved with and plenty of quality prize bounty to take away.
For those of you just getting into gaming or if you’re just interested to see what all the fuss is about, there’ll even be some of our own friendly Xbox people on hand to help you (should you need them).
The Lounge opens from 12pm to 8pm every day, except on Sunday October 28th when we’re only open until 6pm.
We will also have street teams in and around Soho over the whole week, so look out for signs directing you there.
