It isn’t just about the games…

2007 was an excellent year for games, but in 2008 there’s so much more your Xbox can do for you. Here are six ideas to help you get the most out of your brilliant console, whether you’re a new owner or you’ve had one for ages!

Halo 3 multiplayer fun

1. The Sound Of Music
Rip your CDs onto your hard drive and then play your own music while you game, or liberate your PC music collection. Keep sunglasses handy for the psychedelic lightshow which springs to life whenever a music file or CD is played – groovy!

2. HD Video killed the radio star
Have you experienced the high definition future yet? Plug in the Xbox 360 HD-DVD drive accessory and marvel that you were ever satisfied with standard definition.

3. Make a Halo movie
Revisit your Halo 3 triumphs with the game’s amazing inbuilt replay editor. Choose camera angles and add slow-motion for extra effect. Watch out Spielberg!

4. Plug in, turn on, bliss out…
Those USB ports on the front of the Xbox aren’t just for show. Plug in your MP3 player to stream tunes, your digital camera to view your photos, or any other USB device for multifunctional fun!

5. Attic attack
It’s a crime to keep your original Xbox games locked away in the attic. Why not check out the list of compatible titles here and blow the dust off some genuine classics - or download a growing selection of some of the best ones via Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

6. Download some fun
There’s never time to be bored when you have an Xbox 360. Head to Xbox LIVE Marketplace to download game demos, Arcade games, music videos, GamerPics, Dashboard Themes, full original Xbox games and more!

Take a look soon – you’ll be very glad you did!
