1. First off you’ll need a passport account which you can get here.  If you have an Xbox Live account, you can use the log-in email you registered with.
2. Now you have a passport account, you can register for the newsletter on this page.
3. Under the “Xbox Marketing” section, check the box and scroll down the page to hit the “save” button. Now  you’re ready to go!
