Wakka, wakka, wakka! Here's your chance to become the first-ever PAC-MAN World Champion. Registration starts on April 25 and official play start on May 3 and end on May 10, 2007. So register already! 
Chomp your way to victory in the World Championships. Nine finalists will be selected from regions around the world to compete in New York City for the first-ever PAC-MAN World Championship, presented by Quiznos. From there, only one will make gaming history and be crowned the first-ever PAC-MAN World Champion. Maybe it'll be you! Finalists will be selected based upon the highest Xbox LIVE Arcade leaderboard scores from the following regions: Japan (1), USA (2), Europe/Middle East (2), Australia/New Zealand (1), Asia (1), Canada (1), and Mexico (1). Don't miss your chance! One wildcard winner will also be selected from the PAC-MAN FANatic contest to compete in the Finals. To enter the PAC-MAN FANatic contest, submit a video up to two minutes in length telling us why you are the "greatest fan of PAC-MAN and Xbox 360™." All nine finalists, plus the wildcard winner of the PAC-MAN FANatic contest, will win a trip for two to New York City to compete in the World Championship on June 5, 2007. - Grand prize: The overall winner will receive a one-of-a-kind, PAC-MAN inspired Xbox 360 console, 100,000 Microsoft Points, a PAC-MAN/Xbox LIVE Arcade branded trophy and a Quizno's/VISA gift card good for "26 years of Quizno's."
- Runner-up prize: The first runner up will receive 40,000 Microsoft Points, a PAC-MAN/Xbox LIVE Arcade branded medal and a $2,500 Quizno's Visa gift card.
- Third Placeprize: The third place finalist will receive 20,000 Microsoft Points, a PAC-MAN/Xbox LIVE Arcade branded medal and a $1,500 Quizno's Visa gift card.
- Fourth Placeprize: The fourth place finalist will receive a PAC-MAN/Xbox LIVE Arcade branded medal and a $1,000Quizno's Visa gift card.
- Finalist prize(s): The remaining finalists will receive a PAC-MAN/Xbox LIVE Arcade branded medal and a $500 Quizno's Visa gift card.
