Some players have experienced delays in NHL2K3 on Xbox Live. This happens if one of the players manually changes a default controller setting, such as the shoot/pass/check controller button. If you change default controller settings when playing NHL 2K3 online, the game cannot synchronize your gameplay with your opponent's gameplay and divergence and sync errors occur.
