For faster service, please following information ready before you call Xbox Customer Support:

• For Xbox hardware, accessory and game issues, please ensure that:
• You are in front of your Xbox 360 console when you call
• You have your Xbox 360 console serial number ready.
• You have your Windows Live ID ready.
• Your Windows Live ID (WILD) is e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to Windows Live programs and services such as Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger; Microsoft services such as Xbox LIVE, MSN, and Office Live; and anywhere else that you see the Windows Live ID logo.
• For questions relating to connecting to Xbox Live, billing or your Gamertag, please ensure you that:
• You are in front of your Xbox 360 console when you call
• You have your Gamertag and Windows Live ID ready.
• You have set up your secret question on your Windows Live ID
• To specify a question and secret answer on your Windows Live ID:
1. Sign in to your Windows Live ID account summary page with your Windows Live ID.
2. Next to Question, click Add or Change.
3. Enter your current password.
4. In the Question list, select a question.
5. In the Secret answer box, type the secret answer to the question.
6. In the Your information section, fill in your location details.
7. Click Save.
