The third multiplayer map pack for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition for Xbox 360 is now available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. The pack runs a cool 400 Microsoft Points and includes three new maps. Have a look at this trio of new multiplayer arenas:
The map "Lost Technology" is a throwback to the good ol' days of pixilated eight-bit gaming.
"Ruins" sets the battle around ancient temples amidst a lush jungle.
"Ice Drop" is located on a frigid glacier with plenty of nooks and crannies to hide in.
Lost Planet Human snow pirates navigate Vital Suits (VS) through hostile ice-covered environments in Lost Planet, fighting against the indigenous Akrid creatures for the precious thermal energy they need to survive. Snowstorms, arctic winds, and towering mountains of ice are all stunningly realized, creating a truly immersive and cinematic event of epic proportions.
