Frontlines: Fuel of War Multiplayer Demo

The Street map features gritty urban combat.

This new demo features two multiplayer maps:

• Street (8+ person multiplayer map): This map is an infantry based multiplayer map and takes place over a small portion of a war torn Moscow environment. This lets you really show off your loadout and role skills within a gritty backdrop, and the level of intensity is very high. 
• Oilfield (16+ person multiplayer map): This map is a more open map set around oilfields in northern Turkmenistan—a key strategic point in the single-player campaign. You have the option of joining the Western Coalition or Red Star Alliance in this battle of epic proportions. All roles and loadouts as well as most vehicles including the heavy tanks and attack helicopters are available in this map.  

Roles and Weapon Loadout System

There are six weapon loadouts that provide you the choice of weaponry. These loadouts can be combined with any of four roles—Drone Tech, Air Support, Ground Support, or Counter Measures. The 24 combinations create some of the most engaging tactics in any military shooter out there … and we don’t just mean tactics for the individual player, but for each team as a whole.

Frontline Mechanic

Instead of having both teams spread out across the map capturing undefended points, there are two or three centralized points at a time being fought over. Once a team seizes these points in battle, their frontline will advance deeper into enemy controlled territory, and suddenly one team is on the defensive, scrambling to recover lost ground. If you want to go where the highest level of action and battles are  … head toward the front line!

Over 60 Vehicles and Weapons

All of the weapons and vehicles in Frontlines complement current and future military technology. By molding this real-world technology into great gameplay elements, we end up with weapons such as remote controlled anti-infantry and anti-vehicle drones, which also let you gather recon information that you can share with your fellow teammates. 

The drones, as cool and unique as they are, are just a scratch at the surface of the firepower available. Fly helicopters or get in tanks with your teammates and spot enemy units. There are deployable weapons systems (sentry guns), player-controlled flying gunships, electromagnetic counter measures systems, anti-aircraft vehicles, jets, rail guns, precision air strikes, cluster bombs, and more. 

Firepower ranges from a simple handgun to a ten-ton fuel air bomb that can be dropped on an enemy location to cause major devastation. Get ready to have a blast with Frontlines: Fuel of War!
