BlackSite: Area 51 Demo Details

There has always been something strange going on at Area 51. The Black Site, or an official government site that hides its real mission and purpose, has long been suspected of hiding the truth about alien beings. Well, the cat's out of the bag now! Or actually, the aliens are as they swarm through the town of Rachel, Nevada, laying waste to all of humanity.

I have one thing to say. Gulp!

The teaser demo for BlackSite: Area 51 is a short, solo-player taste of what it will be like when the full game releases later this year. Players take on the role of Aeran Pierce, a former Special Forces assassin, and with two team members, they must roam the streets of a small town and clear the area of the alien presence.

Players will be able to preview the intuitive "One Button Squad Command" feature, where the actions of squad members are based on what the player is pointing at when he hits the right shoulder button. Highlight a wall, and the squad will take cover. Highlight a door, and the squad will attempt to break it down.
