Star Wars RPG Posts Record Sales
Star Wars®:
Knights of the Old Republic™, a new roleplaying game for
the Xbox, has flown off store shelves at light speed in its first
two weeks of release in the U.S., selling more than 270,000 units!
The game, which debuted July 16, 2003, set a new record for Xbox
game sales, selling through initial allocation in its first four
days of distribution.

In addition to record sales, Star Wars: Knights of the Old
Republic has received unprecedented critical acclaim.
According to GameRankings.com, its game reviews have thus far
averaged 94.8 percent, making it the sixteenth best-rated game of
all time, the second-best game on Xbox to date, and the
highest-rated roleplaying game of all time across all
platforms.
