What does being a part of the Xbox Community mean to you?

Being part of a group that is so passionate about something that has become my life is awesome. We don’t always agree, we all have very strong opinions on EVERYTHING but that keeps things interesting and exciting.

Who are some of your main Xbox Live mates who you game with often and why?

MightyOat – we worked together for almost five years, he’s a great mate and the best all round gamer I’ve ever seen or been owned by
GiganticHeadStu – my housemate, future brother-in-law and COD4 guru
SWOOOGON – my best mate, plus he’s a riot when he gets angry
Barnzey – because I hate playing against him in COD4 as he’s too damn good!!

What is your favourite feature of the Xbox 360 and why?

Xbox Live hands down. Nothing comes even close to it for online gaming with integrated friends, voice and a single identity, as well as addition of the gamerscore and achievements has been fantastic

Who are your hardest opponents in your main Xbox Live games?

MIghtyOat at nearly everything, but Top Spin was a joke as he was the World Number One
Cabel on Halo 2 and 3 – He was Aussie Champ for a reason!
Barnzey on Call of Duty 4 – He’s just so accurate it’s insane

What is a game you really enjoy but aren’t very good at?

Guitar Hero III!! I really enjoy it but can’t go past easy I am that bad at it. I’d love to be good at it but there’s some things I just can’t do very well at all.

What has been your favourite gaming moment on the Xbox 360 thus far?

For me it was finishing Halo 3 for the first time. It was 2am, a few weeks before launch and I was playing it alone in our demo room on an InFocus HD projector, the sound turned up so loud you could hear it two floors up and just got through the last level and was watching the credits.

I literally had goose bumps as the credits rolled and I watched the last two scenes. As Halo has been a big part of my professional working life it was quite a powerful moment to see the end of the trilogy and one of the greatest game stories ever told.

What are a few of the games you’re looking forward to in 2008?

The full version of GTA IV as the series has been awesome, going all the way back to the top down original (GURANGA!). I’m definitely looking forward to Fable 2 and Ninja Gaiden II as well.
